Totally does. Wait it out and be gentle with yourself.

No comment to really make. Just wanted you to know that I was here.

The worst thing about depression is that it fools you into thinking it is permanent. It's really only a soap bubble that will soon pop and be gone.

Telepathically sending you (because I couldn't find it on Utube) John Belushi in Animal House breaking a bottle over his head.

Wish I could help you out somehow. All I can offer is hugs from waaaay over here, and you know how to reach me if you need to talk.

Agreed. I know from experience. Hope you have the resources and support to address it.

Amen to that. I recommend chocolate. Lots and lots of chocolate. I'm pretty sure it cures everything.

sure does! do what you need to do to take care - meds are sometimes essential to get you moving again, so don't reject them out of hand. daily fresh air and sunshine (with a walk if you can manage it, or a ride in the car - some sort of movement and change of scene) help a lot. so does lots of water and healthy food. 'faking it' thru work days can be done, but try to let yourself have time for your SELF evenings/weekends, so your body can try to heal. and know that depression DOES ease up in time...and if you feel you are getting worse, SAY SO and get more help. Will be thinking of you and hoping your days lighten and the mood lifts.
